Questions buyers ask first
Ordering, installation and warranty. Still unsure? Write to us on WhatsApp — we reply in detail.
What does Supreme Beast manufacture?
We design and manufacture industrial freeze dryers and low-temperature vacuum fryers, and engineer them into complete turnkey processing lines for dairy, fruit, vegetables, snacks and pet food.
Do you supply complete turnkey lines or single machines?
Both. We can deliver one machine, a process section such as a drying or frying stage, or a complete turnkey line covering process design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and operator training.
What capacities can you build?
Freeze dryers from about 200 kg to 2 tons per batch (QS-FD-20, QS-FD-100, QS-FD-200), and vacuum fryers from 100 to 300 kg per batch (QS-VF100, QS-VF150, QS-300). Capacity suitability depends on the product and loading conditions.
What certifications do your machines have?
Our equipment is CE & ISO certified. Product-contact parts are made from SUS304 stainless steel. Outgoing inspection video and a machinery test report are available on request.
Do you install equipment outside China?
Yes. Our engineers install and commission the line on your site, with video and online support after handover. Installation is typically about 2 engineers for about 5 days, with water, electricity and gas connected at the site; service is $200 per engineer per day, charged separately from the equipment price.
How long is the warranty?
12 months (1 year), with operator training and spare parts after the warranty ends.
How long is delivery?
Production takes about 3 months from deposit payment and signing of the technical agreement. Equipment is delivered to Shanghai port for loading, and shipped from there to your destination.
How do I get a quotation?
Write to us on WhatsApp (+86 186 7440 1177) or by email ([email protected]) with your product, batch target and destination. We reply with a process flow, equipment list and quotation. Payment terms are 50% deposit after signing the contract, and the remaining 50% on shipment.
